Toyota has launched a new online car history, servicing and MoT management system.

Toyota has launched a new web service, which allows owners to manage their car’s history, servicing and MoT online.

It’s called MyToyota, and allows anyone with a Toyota model to keep up to date with the car’s history. It also has automatic updates for key dates, such as when the car’s servicing or MoT test is due, and will either text or e-mail the owner.

Users can select whichever Toyota centre they prefer to visit to help speed up Toyota’s online service booking system.

The system recognises each car through its registration number, and the system will show the car’s specification and full service history. It can also advise owners if there are any accessories to upgrade their car.

It is free to sign up, with all new Toyota customers introduced to it when buying. Owners of existing Toyotas can also join and get the same benefits by going to the Toyota website. If you have more than one Toyota model, then multiple cars can be signed up, too.

Registering to the service also brings Toyota Rewards, which has regular offers and discounts for Toyota owners.
