Previously had an A4 Cabriolet and wanted similar as I loved it. Only had this car for one week but not disappointed. It looks good, it's easy to drive, very smooth and quiet even with top down. Very comfortable, lots of gadgets, not mastered them all yet but nearly there. I love it and it gets lots of complements. Had two child seats in the other day and no shortage of room. Boot space good.

Brilliant car. Best I have owned. I got it three days ago. In love! All those reviews who criticised it talk out their backsides. There is NO disadvantage. If you are thinking of buying one......just Effing do it. It will be your best buy ever.

I took the opportunity of reducing family car needs to finally buy a car that I really wanted. Looking around at affordable convertibles I chose the recently updated Audi A3, with the generous dealer contribution available at the time (July '16, delivered Oct '16). At no point since then have I regretted my choice - it's a beautifully made car, lovely to drive, classy inside, sporty enough, frugal, etc. One thing that impressed me most was the interior - it belongs to much more expensive cars and has obviously been inspired by the A6. Minimalist, slick, great technology. Google drive sat-nav is superb. Don't think, just buy one! Must have options: Hand brake assist (fully automatic hand-brake), front parking sensors (also activates the parking sensors on the screen).

I looked around at many makes an models and chose the new longer A3 cabrio and can say it's probably the best out there. Tried the equivalent BMW and was not impressed which felt 'stodgy' in comparison. Drives and handles well, remaining composed with no scuttle shake. If you are in the market for this kind of car you cannot go far wrong, you can't stop smiling when driving with the hood down. Seven months constant use so far and no problems at all even in heavy rain. Very quiet with only a bit of tyre noise. So far very impressed and better than any other soft top I have owned.
