While most hybrids have a clear focus on getting maximum fuel efficiency, the CR-Z has a slightly different aim. Instead it is looking to offer drivers sporty handling to go hand-in-hand with fuel efficiency. Unfortunately, the heavy batteries needed to power the electric motors have weighed the CR-Z down slightly, and acceleration doesn't feel particularly quick. But the Honda's eco-friendly image gives the CR-Z a unique selling point in the coupe segment.
