Range Rover Sport

The Range Rover Sport is a very versatile car. The Range Rover Sport condenses the essence of the Range Rover into a more driver-oriented package, but it's still very good off-road. If you can live with the extrovert styling, it's a versatile luxury family car. Admittedly, it does have a thirst for fuel - especially the insanely powerful Supercharged petrol model. Unless you really feel the need for supercar rivalling acceleration, go for the entry level diesel. It's powerful and more fuel efficient.

  • Luxurious interior
  • Comfortable and quiet ride
  • Good grip in corners
  • Expensive to run
  • Uncertain reliability
  • Less boot space than the old model

The new Range Rover Sport costs £20,000 less than the standard Range Rover, but it's just as luxurious and even better to drive. It's not as good to drive as the Porsche Cayenne and the engines are all thirsty, but the Range Rover Sport is great to drive and more luxurious than ever.
