Images of the Rolls-Royce Dawn convertible (2016-2023)
The Rolls-Royce Dawn is one of the most luxurious four-seat convertibles on sale in the world
It's also one of the largest, measuring over five metres in length and dwarfing a Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet

Its huge 6.6-litre turbocharged V12 engine can get the Dawn from 0-62mph in 5.0 seconds, despite it weighing over two tonnes
Ride comfort is serene, and with the roof up the Dawn is almost as quiet as the Wraith Coupe, thanks to its six-layer hood

There are no driving modes, but the automatic gearbox has a 'low' setting to keep it in a lower gear for spirited driving
Economy of just 19mpg would be painful for most drivers, but less of an issue when the car itself costs over £265,000

Interior space is plentiful in the front, and there are few more comfortable or stylish places to sit
Thanks to the Dawn's length, there's also space for two adults in the back seats

This makes it one of the few true four-seat convertibles on sale, along with the Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet
The rear-opening doors might take some getting used to, but make for a more elegant entry into the back seats

Almost every aspect of the Rolls-Royce Dawn can be personalised, to the extent no two are likely to be the same
Your choice of colours is almost unlimited, so long as you don't suggest anything too vulgar

Armchair seats are trimmed in the best leather, and the infotainment system can be hidden behind a wooden veneer until needed
Optional features include a television tuner, 16-speaker stereo system, a head-up display and night vision technology

The individual rear seats are comfortable for two adults - and not just for short journeys like most convertibles
