Much better than the reviews would have you believe. Well built comfortable though not as quiet as my E class Mercedes I had peviously. Great value second hand, with plenty of low mileage models around.Electronics fine once you get use them and works well with Android phone. Leather and all the toys, good looking in darker colours. Dealers fantastic but expensive and I will look elsewhere when out of warranty.

Best car of 2000s. I think it's great to drive, has a useful interior, is quiet and safe. It has terrible technology, though. The computer takes 2-3 minutes for apps to load - but during that time you cannot change radio stations or turn it on and off again. Use any apps and the reversing camera lines do not work. Inoperable with Apple products - no texting at present and my phone cannot call in or out. I am told it cannot be fixed pending updates.

What a great car. It's very comfortable, the acceleration is great, gear changes are smooth. I wasn’t expecting great fuel economy but 49mpg is fine and better than my Hyundai i40 DTC, used around Manchester and M60 and M61. Seats are very comfy. Sat-nav is quick to set up. All the gadgets are easier enough to figure out and I had my DAB stations set and main sat-nav location saved within minutes of playing around. Time will tell with reliability, but everything's been fine so far.

I agree with the other user reviews, this car is way better than the car magazine reviewers would have you believe. I bought this car mainly for my long daily commute, its quiet, comfortable, quick enough and very well spec'd compared to the competition (3 series, c class etc). Yes the diesel engine is a little chuggy at idel but on the move it's fine and the active noise cancellation from the excellent Bose sound system works really well. The steering, yes it does feel a little artificial but you get used to this very quickly and unless you're throwing it down a country lane you're really not going to notice it. Construction and materials feel top draw, no cheap plastics, creaks or squeaks. Running costs are very similar to German rivals. Should you buy a new one? nope not compared to the competition, but as a used vehicle its a no brainier!

Having owned my Lexus 300h for a little over a year, and losing almost £7K in value I recently P/X it for a Q50S - and managed to get an extra £2K for my Lexus from Infinity than the Lexus dealer. I was sold on the Q50 as soon as I sat inside, so comfortable and very, VERY powerful. Over 360bhp out of a sensible saloon, it looks the part and drives like a dream. I've seen the so called 'professional' reviews of this car, especially around the drive-by-wire steering; for me if you didn't know this was there you wouldn't even notice any difference. Pros - Power, looks, comfort, technology, equipment level, Japanese reliability Cons - The apps do take a little while to load Don't listen to the German biased professional reviews, drive an Infinity and I hope you`ll be as pleasantly surprised as I was.
