SEAT Leon Cupra 'Sub8 Performance Pack'
Bigger alloy wheels, more powerful brakes and special option packs launched for Leon Cupra
The fast SEAT Leon Cupra is now available with a ‘Sub8 Performance Pack’ designed to make the hot hatchback even quicker and more fun to drive. It adds bigger alloy wheels, more powerful brakes and body-coloured side skirts for a more aggressive look.
Fitted to the range-topping SEAT Leon Cupra 280, the Sub8 Performance Pack costs £2,025 and is only available on brand-new cars. SEAT is also offering a set of grippy Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres for just £460 – which is £540 less than the same option on a Renault Megane RS 275 Trophy.
The specially designed 19-inch alloy wheels are available in either black or orange, fitting snugly around the larger Brembo brakes, which are 30mm bigger than on the standard Cupra 280.
In addition to the Sub8 Performance Pack, SEAT is also launching a pair of styling packs for those wanting their Cupra to stand out from the crowd. Only available on new cars, the Black-Line and White-Line packs cost £500 and add colour-coded 19-inch alloy wheels, as well as door mirrors, Cupra tailgate lettering and a grille surround picked out in the chosen hue. A further Orange-Line pack will launch in December this year.
But if that’s not enough for you, SEAT is also offering new customers a pair of body-hugging sports seats for £1,250. They come clad in black suede-like Alcantara, with leather bolsters and Cupra logos. That may sound expensive, but the price also includes SEAT’s winter pack, which adds heated front seats, a headlight washer system and heated windscreen nozzles.
