Hyundai Santa Fe prices announced
New Hyundai Santa Fe compact 4x4 heads upmarket
The Hyundai Santa Fe price list has been released ahead of the new 4x4's launch in October.
The new model will be available with front-wheel-drive for the first time, starting at £25,495 for the 2.2-litre diesel in base, Style spec.
The introduction of the front-drive model reduces emissions to 155g/km while returning 47.9mpg. Add four-wheel-drive and the figures increase only slightly, to 159g/km and 46.3mpg.
Still available with five or seven-seat configurations, the Santa Fe comes in three trim levels. Even Style spec gets 18-inch alloy wheels, reverse parking sensors and daytime running lights. Inside, Bluetooth and a multifunction steering wheel are standard fit.
Mid-spec Premium models start at £28,995 and add a reversing camera, sat-nav, climate control and heated front seats.
Premium SE trim steps it up even further, both in terms of kit levels and price. Standard kit includes 19-inch alloys, a panoramic sunroof, Xenon headlights, front parking sensors and a tyre pressure monitoring system. It starts at £32,695.
The Santa Fe remains a capable and practical SUV, with a 534-litre boot, and quick release seating system, which folds the second row of seats flat into the floor. Potential buyers will also find peace of mind in Hyundai’s five year, unlimited mileage warranty.
