Jaguar XF Sportbrake estate prices
New Jaguar XF Sportbrake estate prices have been announced
Prices have been announced for the new Jaguar XF Sportbrake, only the second estate car in its history. The XF Sportbrake adds a £2,000 premium over the XF saloon when it goes on sale towards the end of the year, so prices start at £31,940. The base spec SE gets a 2.2-litre, 161bhp diesel engine and will match the saloon in terms of kit and optional equipment. This means it gets 17-inch alloy wheels, LED tail-lights and Xenon headlamps. The Luxury model adds smarter alloy wheels amongst other things and costs from £35,440. For an extra £1,000 you can upgrade to the more powerful 197bhp 2.2-litre diesel. Jaguar has decided to replace the 5.0-litre V8 petrol motor in favour of a more efficient 3.0-litre supercharged V6, which develops 335bhp. With efficiency in mind, all XFs now come with stop-start and an eight-speed automatic gearbox as standard. However, it is the top of the range 3.0-litre diesel S Portfolio that creates the biggest sense of occasion. It comes with a Meridian 825 Watt high-quality stereo and sat-nav as standard. It starts at £51,505.
