Renault Twingo prices announced

The Renault Twingo is available to order now, with prices for the Dynamique 1.2 16V model starting at £10,350.

The new Twingo features styling changes to both the front and rear, with updated lights and bumpers, plus a re-designed tailgate.

All new Twingo city cars are eligible for the Renault 4+ programme worth £900, which launches on 1st February 2012. The package includes a four-year//100,000 mile warranty, four years servicing, four years breakdown cover and up to four years finance.

A Renault spokesperson commented,'We have heightened New Twingo’s sensuous styling and seductive appeal, marking a return to Twingo’s original personality. We have also given the front end the brand’s new design identity which will be seen on all our new models.'

The new Twingo comes with cruise control and a speed limiter as standard, whilst customers can personalise the colour of the door mirrors and tips of the protective side mouldings to contrast with the body colour. There are also eight different alloy wheels to choose from plus the option of an electronically-operated fabric sunroof.

The 1.2-litre petrol engine is capable of 55.4mpg and produces 119g/km of CO2. This means buyers face a Road Tax bill of just £30 in the second year of ownership.

Cost options for the new Twingo include climate control, a panoramic sunroof and an iPod-compatible radio. The high-performance Renaultsport 133 model joins the line-up in April.
