Toyota Verso Prices announced
The Toyota Verso will go on sale in January with a starting price of £17,495.
The three-model lineup will start with the Active, which comes with five seats and a 1.6-litre four-cylinder petrol engine for £17,495. Equipment includes air-conditioning, front electric windows and hill start assist to make steep take-offs smooth. The seven seat-version costs £17,995 and includes Toyota’s simple-to-use Easy Flat seat folding system. The Active is also available with a 2.0-litre diesel engine.
The mid-spec Icon starts at £19,945 and comes with seven seats as well as 16-inch alloy wheels, DAB radio and Bluetooth. Cruise control, dual-zone climate control and a reversing camera are among the extra upgrades. It has a broader engine range, with the addition of a 1.8-litre petrol.
The flagship Excel is also a seven-seat-only model, with 17-inch alloy wheels, light-sensing Bi-xenon headlamps and automatic windscreen wipers. Inside, it has a start button and partial leather upholstery. It’s offered only with the 1.8-litre petrol or 2.0-litre diesel engines, both priced at £23,445.
