Toyota Yaris Hybrid prices confirmed
The Toyota Yaris hybrid is capable of 80.7mpg and goes on sale in July, priced from £14,995.
The Toyota Yaris Hybrid is the UK’s most affordable hybrid car, with prices starting at £14,995.
Based on the standard Yaris, power comes from a newly developed version of Toyota’s Hybrid Synergy Drive system, using a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a battery powered electric motor. All models are fitted with a CVT automatic transmission.
The Yaris Hybrid is available in three trim grades: T3, T4 and T Spirit. The T3 and T4 return 80.7mpg and produce emissions of 79g/km. The T Spirit is slightly less efficient, at 76mpg and 85g/km.
Entry-level T3 models come with dual-zone air-conditioning, electric front windows and ESP. The T4 adds 15-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights, Bluetooth, DAB radio and a leather steering wheel and gear knob. Top-spec T Spirit includes larger 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, four electric windows, part leather upholstery and a rear spoiler. All versions have five doors.
Buyers can choose from a range of optional extras, including the Toyota Touch and Go sat-nav system priced at £650.
The Yaris Hybrid is available to order now, with first customer deliveries arriving in July.To view the full Toyota range, visit CarBuyer’s Toyota reviews page.
