I've owned 9 trouble-free Toyotas and bought the Mazda for a change, assuming all Japanese cars were reliable. Sadly, I've been disappointed with the number of faults experienced: lane-change and tyre-pressure warning systems and sat nav. More seriously: fuel tank replaced after safety recall, rear shock absorbers replaced because they're leaking and I'm currently awaiting the replacement of a leaking condenser in the air con system
