Saab 9-5 estate (2011)

Carbuyer Rating

2.0 out of 5

Saab are expecting the 9-5 SportWagon estate model to account for the majority of sales of the new 9-5 model and by first impressions, the big estate looks very impressive. The extended, sweeping roofline of the estate blends well with the new Saab 9-5 styling housing a 527 litre boot that extends to 1,600 litres once the 60/40 split folding rear seats are stowed away. The overall load space combined with a low and wide boot opening make for a very practical estate car that also features a load restraining device in order to secure smaller items. For buyers looking for an alternative to the mainstream BMW, Mercedes and Audi estate cars, the Saab 9-5 SportWagon is definitely worth a look.
