My wife had a FR Ibiza 1.2tsi which was a great car but I said it needed an extra 100 bhp. I soon found a mega deal on a Leon Cupra 290 which had all the whistles and bells on for 8 grand less than a standard 300. So the deal was struck. After owning the car for 6 months now I have to say that it is a brilliant, unassuming, fast, brilliant handling bit of kit. As I mentioned, it has all the toys I could want and I have to say, I think it is the best car I've ever owned, I also have a Q5 which is a beautiful car, but my Cupra just ticks all the boxes for me. It's comfortable, quiet, ok on fuel, well made, and just a great car. I know there are more appealing hot hatchbacks around but the Cupra is perfect for me.

I bought this car new for personal use I have a DS3 as my driving tuition vehicle. The Cupra is just amazing, very practical roomy great looking and handles very well. When in comfort mode it's laid back and restrained. Select Cupra mode and it transforms this car into a beast. It is very very quick, the DSG transmission is a dream with gear changes being instant. To sum up, a fantastic package
