New Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo Tech revealed
Only 1,000 Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo Techs will be made available in the UK.

Skoda has announced a limited edition version of its Skoda Fabia supermini, called the Monte Carlo Tech edition. It’s basically a sporty version of the Monte Carlo model that adds sat-nav and Bluetooth connectivity – normally an £875 optional extra – for no increase in cost.
Only 1,000 Monte Carlo Techs will be available in the UK, and it’s on-sale now. Only two engine choices will be available - 500 petrol models and 500 of the diesel. The 1.2-litre TSI petrol and 1.6-litre TDI diesel being offered both produce 104bhp.
Prices start at £11,990 for the petrol model, and £12,960 for the diesel. Each car is available in a choice of two colour combinations – red with a contrasting black roof, or white with a black roof – and both come with a five-speed manual gearbox.
All Monte Carlo Tech models come with piano-black body trim on the exterior, black covers on the door mirrors, a black radiator grille, smoked headlights and 17-inch black alloys to distinguish them from the standard car.
Inside, in addition to the Amundsen sat-nav system, there are black sports seats with bigger side bolsters, a black roof lining, a leather steering wheel, and a leather-covered handbrake. Silver door sill guards and metal pedals complete the look.
