Top spec Kia Sportage KX-4 announced
The Kia Sportage KX-4 is the new top-spec version of Kia's popular compact 4x4
There's a new flagship Kia Sportage - the KX-4.
The high-spec 4x4 comes with a 181bhp 2.0-litre diesel, which makes it the most powerful model in the range, and it comes with a six-speed manual gearbox or optional six-speed automatic.
Standard equipment is generous, with a parking assist system, complete with front and rear parking sensors, keyless entry and stainless steel door scuff plates added over the lesser KX-3. Climate control, sat-nav and full leather are also standard, too.
The manual car manages 0-60mph in 9.4 seconds while returning economy of 46.3mpg and emissions of 158g/km. The auto sees those figures dip to 39.2mpg and 189g/km respectively.
Unlike lower spec versions of the Sportage, the KX-4 is only available with four-wheel drive. The KX-4 is on sale now priced at £27,195 for the manual, with the automatic priced from £28,500.
