Volkswagen Golf prices announced
Prices for the all-new VW Golf start at £16,330 on the road.

The Volkswagen Golf is lighter, safer, more spacious, more efficient and better equipped than its predecessors, but will be available at an entry-level price lower than its forebears. Prices for the all-new VW Golf start at £16,330 on the road.
From launch, the Golf will be available in the UK in three versions – S, SE and GT – with a GTI and BlueMotion following later in 2013. Four petrol and two diesel engines will be available to order, while the gearboxes will be a mix of five- and six-speed manuals and six- and seven-speed DSG units, depending on the engine’s power.
All models will come with seven airbags (including a driver’s knee airbag), five three-point seatbelts, anti-lock brakes with eletronic stability control, electronic differential lock and ISOFIX for two rear child seats. The entry-level media system includes a 5.8-inch colour touchscreen, DAB digital radio, CD player, iPod, MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity, eight speakers and semi-automatic air-conditioning.
