The a3 is good looking in sportback guise and the 170bhp 2.0 diesel engine gives it a fair turn of speed. It is practical enough for most uses but the ride is quite firm in s-line trim. Would recommend one to friends!

A superbly reliable, wellbuilt hatchback with a premium feel. My a3 sportback is comfortable and very easy to drive with an impressive blend of smooth, vervy performance and fantastic economy ! Over two and a half years and 22,000 miles, i have averaged an amazing 56mpg ! The commonrail diesel is a gem. And no, i don't drive like a snail. I drive briskly and smoothly.
