Received my new Honda Civic Type R GT last week - fantastic car! I have never driven a car with so much grip and superb brakes. The seats are AMAZING, the car gets so many compliments, pictures do not do the car justice as it looks so much better in person - a true racing car for the road with great fuel economy, loads of rear legroom and a huge boot. I truly believe this is one of the greatest cars under £50,000 new and is very cheap for a car with this much technology. It's so quick as well, and has beaten Ferrari and Nissan GTR around the Nurburgring. Highly recommend. Also, my local dealership Crown Garage Honda in Kings Lynn gives the highest level of customer service. I highly recommend this car.

This car was bought mainly for fun as a second car but has turned out to be both an exciting drive and family functional. Love everything about it.

An absolutely stunning car, I've owned a few performance hatches, but this one blows them away, great road presence, definitely not run of the mill looks, really strong performance, and sublime handling and the interior is very well put together with loads of toys. Oh and you can use it as a family daily driver too.

Fantastic car with strong performance and great practicality. Good fuel economy for the type car it is. Great manual gearbox and good legroom for all. Now the two initial issues. Front tyre wear is rapid with most demo cars needing new front tyres before 7000miles is completed. This is possibly due to spirited driving but time will tell. The infotainment system is not user friendly. Great seats but I expect there will be wear and tear on the high bolsters of the seats caused by getting in and out on the drivers side and this is won't be covered by the 200000km warranty. Seriously quick for highway driving. So enjoy!

Ok in every aspect not sure if tyres grip enough but its a all weather tyre ..a lot of new cars in price range so it's a competitive market ..I hope it keeps its value .v strange the new type r is on the horizon so soon..
