It's a very stylish city car and has never let me down. It's only ever been back to the dealership for a yearly service.

What's the one thing you like most about your car?

Easy to drive and park.

If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

I'm averaging around 161 miles per charge – more would be good.

160-mile maximum range. Constant faults - transmission error, service electric charging system, etc. Has been in the garage for 6 weeks of the last 5 months and has not started when turned on more than 20 times. Garage tries full software upgrade and a physical replacement of 'kit'. Ultimately it was an unreliable car.

What's the one thing you like most about your car?

Smooth drive when it works. Better than petrol 500 in terms of features and add ons.

If you could improve one thing, what would it be?

Reliability.

Bought this lovely 2014 1.2 lounge with 13k on the clock! Well I had to have that! No problems until last year when I drove to Wales. 1st event: 2019 journey to Wales from Carshalton doing 70-80 mph, no problem. Minimal use of the car for light town travelling in Wales. A few days later on return journey, travelling at about 60-70mph on M4, engine light came on then flashing 's&s / !' with 'Stop&Start unavailable'. The car became very heavy as if pulling a massive weight. Thankfully there are hard shoulders in Wales or I would have been stuffed! Car rested for Half hour then 2nd event, exactly same scenario. Took it to a Fiat garage in London who did diagnostics, and said ' problem sorted' It bring it back if any more problems. £600! 3rd event: Sept 2020, journey to Portsmouth between 70-83 mph no problem, car was rested for about 2 hours. Return journey at 60-70 mph, exactly the same problem. I was on the A3 and in the middle lane, no hard shoulder. Somehow I managed to coax the car to the verge with lorries screaming past me. Absolutely terrifying! No other long distance has been undertaken. 'City driving' was on. I forgot to turn it off. Would that have made a difference? It seems that speed is the common denominator as it never happens in town driving, Why would it only happen on return journeys? I am absolutely flummoxed. It’s going back for a second diagnostics.
