Rear seats that split in a 60:40 configuration, Hill-start Assist Control and a tyre-pressure monitoring system add to its overall practicality, too.

Power comes from a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder petrol engine, producing 66bhp via a five-speed automatic transmission. 0-62mph takes a lethargic 16 seconds, but the Picanto makes up for its performance deficit with a combined fuel economy figure of 54.3mpg.
