Only short journeys to-date so 42 mpg is great for such a big car. It will be interesting to see what it will manage on a trip to France.

A brilliant motorway cruiser which is super comfortable to travel in. I bought this car specifically for the pilot assist technology which helps when driving he car on the motorway especially in stop start traffic. It has completely de-stressed my daily commute and I cannot speak highly enough of what this car can do. The D5 engine is very responsive and returns acceptable economy for such a large vehicle. The info-tainment system is very good, especially the apps such as Spotify which can be accessed on the large touch screen. I traded in a BMW 4 series for this car and I can honestly say that it is a better all-round performer.
