A few issues during my ownership. The car's key is electronic, a new one costs £220 and to get one I have to visit my nearest Renault dealer, 80 miles away, that is capable of doing the work. I've had to change the battery 3 times in the last eight months. The centre exhaust outlet burnt out my towing electrics, which had to be replaced. This three-door version makes it hard to avoid dinging adjacent cars in car parks as the doors are longer, and doesn't make it any easier to get in and out of the car. The door also allows dirt ingress to inner sill.

I bought this car three months ago as I have always owned Renaults in all I love it its smooth pulls very good up hill steering is spot on easy to park I keep reading that its meant to get over 50mpg on a run best I have had is around 38mpg (diesel) but all in all I love it has a full service book and is unblemished and for 200 pounds its a real bargain(apart from the mpg)

I bought this car as I didn't want to be paying out for repairs. The first 1.5 years - no problems. But in the past six months of November to Februaru had the coil changed/spark plug and a new injector plug. After it left the garage after easter the anti pollution was still on and the car was loosing power. The car had to get sent back in and the techs could work out what was wrong. Had to get head office involved (that was nearly 8 weeks ago) and a new engine has only just arrived after never-ending promises. The engine should be fitted by now
