Volvo is offering £3,999 off the price of a C30.

Volvo is offering £3,999 off the price of a C30, with the 2.0 R-Design Lux petrol slashed from £19,345 to £15,346. The C30 comes with an integrated sat-nav system, autofolding power door mirrors with ground lights, leather upholstery, rain sensor, cruise control and autodimming rearview mirror.

Next to premium rivals like the BMW 1 Series and Audi A3, the C30 looks like good value for money, but it's also a good-looking hatchback and, coupled with superb build quality, it’s a great option for younger drivers. It also has a five-star Euro NCAP crash safety rating and front, side and curtain airbags as standard. It also features whiplash protection, electronic stability control and a side impact protection system for added security.

Exclusively, a three-door hatch has a prominent grille and shapely lights, but reflects the same sporty and modern face as other Volvo models.

The C30 offers good handling with its sporty styling, and is comfortable on long journeys, too. An integrated sat-nav system includes a traffic message channel, European mapping and steering wheel controls.

It’s also practical, with a 539-litre boot and a lot of equipment as standard that make driving it a breeze. A front and rear centre armrest, leather steering wheel and gear knob, exterior temperature gauge and front and rear 12v socket add both comfort and luxury.

A high-performance audio system includes a radio/CD player, 4x40W amplifier, USB/auxiliary input and eight speakers.
